1. Login to cPanel
2. In the Files section, you will see the FTP Accounts icon. Click this.
3. On the next page, look passed the section for creating new FTP accounts and find the headings for standard FTP accounts and Special FTP Accounts. Identify the FTP account you wish to work with and click on the Configure FTP Client link on the far right.
4. On the next screen, you will be presented with Manuel Settings you need to configure any local FTP program AND the FTP Configuration Files for FileZilla, CoreFTP, and CyberDuck. The FTP config file can be downloaded and the Instructions link will take you to a page with detailed steps for each program.
