The /admin Control Panel

The /admin control panel is a set of online tools that allows you to manage many technical aspects of your account - from Email to web stats. Access to this control panel should be limited to the Admin/Webmaster contact and/or the owner of the hosting account as it requires using the account's primary password. To access this control panel you may use your own domain followed by "/admin".

So for example - http://www.yourdomain.com/admin OR you may use this simple "datarealm.com" based address - http://www.datarealm.com/admin. Both URLs will bring you to this login screen :

admin login

You will be asked for the following info :

Username - In the "Username" field enter your account username . This is the same username you use for FTP access to your account. This field is case sensitive, which means that you must match the capitalization of your account username.

Password - In the "Password" field, enter your account password. This is the same password you use for FTP access to your account. This field is also case sensitive, so if your password is "PaSSwoRD" using "password" will fail.

Remember Username - If you want to save on some typing when you return to the /admin, clicking this box will set a cookie on your computer that holds your account username.

If you put in the proper information, you will be granted access to the /admin Control Panel. For more information on what you can do in the /admin, please see: Control Panel Overview

Possible Problems :

- If you have lost your password, the help link for the password (the little yellow question mark), will provide you with a link to use the password reset page. This will email time sensitive instructions to the billing contact of the account.

- If your account is brand new, your domain may not have been created or transferred yet.

- If this case, please try to log in to: http://www.datarealm.com/admin  If you are unsure of both the username and password for the account please contact our support staff, and they will assist you.

So if your domain is "datarealm.com" and your list is called "members", your Mailman interface could be accessed here :

http://www.datarealm.com/mailman/admin/members

The Mailman password was set when you created your list through your /admin.

Wordpress

If you have added a the popular WordPress blog to your account you can assess the WordPress admin at an address that looks like this :

So if your domain is "datarealmsite.com" and your blog was placed in a folder called "blog", your WordPress admin could be accessed here :

http://www.datarealmsite.com/blog/wp-login.php

In most cases, your Wordpress username is "admin". Your WordPress password was emailed to you when your Blog was first created.

Agora

If you have added the Agora shopping cart to your account with us, you have a Store Management interface. That can be accessed with a URL that looks like this :

phpMyAdmin

If you have created a Mysql4 or Mysql5 database with us you can use the Phpmyadmin interface to manage that db. You can access that here :

https://secure.datarealm.com/phpMyAdmin/

Your mysql username matches your account FTP or /admin username. Your mysql password was created when you created your database.
